We are looking for a Treasury & Reconciliation Specialist to join our Finance team and play a key role in supporting the treasury, payment operations, and reconciliation activities of an international online gaming business.
Reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with the Head of Payments and B2B Payments Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payment provider reconciliations, monitoring cash positions across multiple payment channels, and supporting the smooth operation of a high-volume payments environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with iGaming experience who enjoys working with large transaction volumes, solving complex discrepancies, and contributing to the financial operations of a growing international business.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily and weekly reconciliation of payment provider (PSP) statements against internal transaction records and investigate any discrepancies.
Monitor settlement schedules, follow up on delayed settlements, and verify received amounts after fees and adjustments.
Track balances across PSP accounts, bank accounts, and crypto wallets to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational requirements and customer withdrawals.
Prepare, verify, and process payments to partners, suppliers, and affiliates accurately and on time.
Review PSP fees, rolling reserves, and settlement terms against contractual agreements, identifying and escalating any inconsistencies.
Prepare regular reports on cash position, reconciliation status, outstanding discrepancies, and treasury activity for senior management.
Support the continuous improvement of reconciliation, treasury, and payment control processes.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Treasury, Reconciliation, Finance Operations, Payments, or a similar role within the iGaming industry.
Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, including working with large transaction datasets.
Good understanding of payment providers (PSPs), settlement cycles, transaction fees, rolling reserves, chargebacks, and payment operations.
Experience working with crypto wallets and exchanges will be considered an advantage.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
Availability to provide occasional weekend support when required by business operations.
