As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Office Coordinator to become the face of our office and help ensure our daily operations run smoothly. Alongside office coordination, you'll also support our Marketing team with employer branding and social media activities, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys both organization and creativity.

What You'll Be Doing

Office Coordination

* Welcome visitors, candidates, clients, and business partners, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.

* Manage incoming calls, emails, deliveries, and general office correspondence.

* Coordinate meeting rooms, appointments, and office calendars.

* Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

* Support the onboarding of new employees by preparing workspaces and coordinating logistics.

* Assist management with administrative tasks, documentation, travel arrangements, and scheduling.

* Coordinate office maintenance and ensure a well-organized, efficient, and welcoming workplace.

* Help organize internal meetings, team activities, and company events.

Social Media & Employer Branding Support

* Assist with publishing content across the company's social media channels.

* Create simple visual content using Canva or similar design tools.

* Support employer branding initiatives by sharing company culture, events, and team activities.

* Coordinate with the Marketing team to prepare social media assets and announcements.

* Help maintain a consistent online presence across digital platforms.

* Monitor basic engagement and assist with community interactions when required.

What We're Looking For

* 2+ years of experience in Office Administration, Office Coordination, Reception, Executive Assistance, or a similar role.

* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

* Friendly, professional, and service-oriented personality.

* Strong communication skills in both Greek and English.

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

* Comfortable using social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

* Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.

* Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

* Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Nice to Have

* Previous experience supporting Marketing or HR teams.

* Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

* Experience organizing internal events or employee engagement activities.

* Interest in digital marketing, technology, or the iGaming industry.
