Compliance & Partner Onboarding Specialist

Our development team here at DigiTech Marketing is expanding, and we are searching for a passionate Compliance & Partner Onboarding Specialist to join our team.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance & Partner Onboarding Executive to support the onboarding, due diligence, and compliance review of third-party partners across the iGaming ecosystem. The role involves working closely with Legal, Compliance, Payments, and Commercial teams to ensure that all partners are onboarded in line with regulatory, contractual, and internal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage KYC and onboarding procedures for payment providers, game suppliers (GSPs), affiliates, marketing partners, and other third-party vendors
  • Review legal, corporate, and compliance documentation related to B2B partnerships
  • Prepare, complete, and maintain onboarding and compliance documentation
  • Proofread contracts, agreements, and related legal documents
  • Identify key commercial terms, unusual or sensitive clauses, and compliance risks, and flag them to relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Commercial teams during onboarding and contract review processes
  • Maintain organised records of partner documentation and approvals
  • Support internal compliance checks and due diligence procedures when required
  • Ensure onboarding processes follow regulatory and internal policy requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the iGaming industry
  • Solid understanding of B2B compliance, partner onboarding, and payments / supplier ecosystem
  • Experience reviewing legal, contractual, or compliance documentation
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when working with agreements and formal documents
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Commercial teams
  • Proactive, organised, and able to work independently
  • Good written and spoken English

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to licensing, regulatory, or legal processes in iGaming
  • Experience working with PSPs, suppliers, or affiliate partners
  • Background in Law, Compliance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience supporting multiple jurisdictions / markets
