We are looking for a skilled Digital (Web) Analyst to join our team and
support the continuous optimization of our iGaming platforms. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in web analytics, with the ability to
translate traffic and behavioral data into actionable insights that drive
acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic, user flows, and
conversion funnels across multiple iGaming brands.
Track KPIs such as registrations, deposits, FTDs, active players, and
retention rates.
Utilize tools such as Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Hotjar, and Data
Studio to understand user behavior and site performance.
Identify bottlenecks and propose CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
improvements.
Work closely with Product, UX/UI, and Marketing teams to enhance site
usability and maximize ROI.
Perform A/B testing and multivariate experiments to validate optimization
hypotheses.
Provide regular dashboards and performance reports to stakeholders.
Requirements Proven experience as a Web/Digital Analyst, preferably in iGaming, e-
commerce, or high-traffic online environments.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and
data visualization tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
Understanding of SEO, PPC, affiliate marketing and their impact on
traffic.
Experience with CRO tools (Optimizely, VWO, Hotjar, CrazyEgg).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to non-
technical stakeholders.
BSc in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
Nice to Have
Experience in the iGaming sector (sports betting, casino, poker).
Familiarity with compliance requirements in regulated markets.
SQL knowledge for data querying.
