Content and customer support specialist

Were looking for passionate and detail-driven Content Agents to join our growing team for an exciting new project. Youll be part of a high-performing content team responsible for creating and optimizing sports betting tips (TIPs) and insights across multiple markets.

As a Content Agent, youll report to the Operations Manager and contribute directly to the production and quality of TIPs used by thousands of sports betting enthusiasts. If youre organized, have a sharp eye for detail, and a solid understanding of sports betting, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Create and publish daily sports betting TIPs following defined guidelines

  2. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all content

  3. Assist in managing content calendars and delivery timelines

  4. Work closely with the Operations Manager and Pro Tipsters to ensure alignment on priorities

  5. Help monitor performance and flag quality issues proactively

  6. Stay up to date with sports news and betting markets to ensure relevant coverage

  7. Support in content-related tasks across CRM, social media, and YouTube when needed

What Were Looking For

  1. Knowledge of sports and betting markets is a must

  2. Excellent attention to detail and strong writing/editing skills

  3. Ability to follow structured workflows and editorial guidelines

  4. Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

  5. Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends (rotational basis)
