We are seeking a CRM Executive to support and execute CRM lifecycle activities, ensuring data-driven, compliant, and performance-focused communication across all customer touchpoints in a fast-paced iGaming environment.
Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and support the execution of CRM campaigns and promotions aimed at player acquisition, retention, and reactivation across Casino, Sportsbook, and VIP segments.
Execute various promotions and offers (Headline & Targeted) end-to-end, ensuring efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design & Content teams to ensure all communications are optimized.
Support the setup and optimization of bonus structures to encourage player engagement and increase revenue.
Ensure all CRM activities are aligned with regulatory requirements and promote responsible gaming practices.
Analyze campaign performance, including customer response and engagement metrics, and recommend improvements to enhance results.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and prepare clear campaign briefs when needed.
Build and deploy cross-channel lifecycle campaigns using HTML/CSS and dynamic templates.
Perform rigorous QA across devices and channels to ensure flawless execution.
Support workflows across campaign planning, asset management, QA checklists, and compliance monitoring.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree, preferably in the areas of Business Administration, Marketing, Mathematics, or another analytical discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally within the iGaming industry.
Good understanding of CRM strategies, lifecycle marketing, and customer segmentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience working with CRM platforms and project management tools (e.g., Asana).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational abilities and effective time management.
A collaborative attitude with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for building and editing email campaigns.
