Job Description:
WE'RE HIRING · iGAMING · FULL-TIME
Head of Payments
International · Multi-GEO · Senior level
A BIT ABOUT US
We operate online casinos across multiple GEOs and we're in the middle of launching our own
PAM. Payments sit at the centre of everything we do, and right now we need someone who
can own that fully.
If you've spent years building relationships in the payments space, you know how to get a
good deal, and you understand what it takes to keep things running cleanly across different
licences and markets, we'd like to talk.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
· Own the payments strategy across all our markets, making sure we have the right PSPs in
place for each GEO and licence we operate under.
· Use your network to get us in front of the right people and negotiate deals we couldn't get
without those relationships.
· Manage existing PSP relationships and keep commercial terms under regular review.
There's always room to do better.
· Stay on top of approval rates, processing costs, chargebacks and reserves. Spot problems
early and fix them.
· Work closely with the operations and compliance teams to make sure payment flows work
within the requirements of each licence.
· Bring new payment methods and providers to the table as the business grows into new
markets.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
· Solid experience in payments within iGaming. You've managed PSP relationships,
negotiated contracts and you know how the commercial side of this industry works.
· A real network in the payments space. Account managers, decision makers and people who
can actually move things for you when you need it.· Experience working across multiple GEOs and international licences. Curacao, Kahnawake,
Anjouan, Tobique or similar.
· Someone who understands the levers: rates, rolling reserves, settlement terms, processing
fees. And knows how to pull them.
· Comfortable working independently and making decisions without needing sign-off on every
small thing.
BEFORE YOU APPLY
The network is the thing we can't train into someone. Everything else can be
learned on the job to some degree, but if you don't already have relationships in the
payments world that you can pick up the phone and use, this role will be a tough
one.
If you do have that, and you're looking for a role where you have real ownership
and room to grow, we'd genuinely love to hear from you.
Tell us who you are, where you've worked and roughly what kind of deals you've
been able to get done. That's enough to get the conversation started.
