Senior UX Designer (Back Office)
Athens | Full-Time | Onsite
Design the experience behind every operator's workflow.
We're building a new regulated iGaming platform for the European market, starting with Greece and expanding across multiple regulated jurisdictions.
The Back Office is where customer support, finance, compliance, marketing, and operations teams spend their day. Every workflow, every decision, and every interaction happens here.
We're looking for an experienced UX Designer to create intuitive, efficient, and scalable experiences that help operators work faster and smarter.
You'll help define the design language, user journeys, and design system that will shape the platform from day one.
What you'll be working on
* Design end-to-end user experiences across complex Back Office applications.
* Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces using Figma.
* Define and evolve the platform's design system and reusable components.
* Collaborate closely with Product, Frontend Engineering, and Architecture.
* Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from real platform users.
* Help ensure a consistent, intuitive experience across multiple product domains.
What we're looking for
* 6+ years of UX or Product Design experience.
* Strong experience designing complex business applications, admin platforms, or enterprise software.
* Previous iGaming experience.
* Advanced Figma skills, including Auto Layout, Components, Variables, and Prototyping.
* Experience creating and maintaining Design Systems.
* Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Fluent English.

* Frontend knowledge (React / TypeScript).
* Accessibility (WCAG).
* Internationalisation (i18n).
* Storybook or design-to-code workflows.
* Multi-brand product experience.
