Kiridara is looking for a passionate executive chef for its restaurant.
Develop and execute exclusive dining and menu concepts for F&B outlets at the hotel including breakfast, lunch meal periods and room service.
Training to the hotel culinary and services teams to deliver a 5 star level of product and service quality aligned with concepts developed.
Procurement and Cost Analysis to meet financial expense objectives.
Sales & Marketing, PR and Social Media strategies including participation with media, promotions and social events
You will be responsible for the supervision and control of all kitchen personnel, including Sous Chef, Breakfast Chef, Casual Chefs, Apprentices and kitchen hands, their duties, safety, hygiene, and their communication with guests, public and hotel staff. Ensure the overall efficient and profitable performance of the kitchen department and the hygiene, safety and security of all product and equipment.
