About Your Company
Our client, a dynamic financial services firm, is expanding its presence in Taiwan and is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee day-to-day financial, administrative, human resources, and compliance operations for their Taiwan office. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting senior management and ensuring smooth office functioning.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, reimbursements, vendor payments, financial record keeping, and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with local regulations; coordinate with external auditors, accountants, and tax advisors.
- Oversee all administrative functions to maintain a well-stocked, well-maintained, and efficient office environment, including supplies, equipment, office maintenance, travel arrangements, and event coordination.
- Facilitate human resources duties including onboarding, benefits administration, employee record maintenance, compliance with Taiwan labor laws, and recruitment support such as interview scheduling and communication management.
- Assist in compliance and regulatory matters by supporting policy adherence, preparing regulatory filings, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal teams, building management, vendors, and external stakeholders in Taiwan.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or any related
- at least 5-7 years of relevant experience in finance, administration or HR, preferably within financial or legal services sectors.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and Taiwan labor laws.
- CPA certification is a plus but not a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English; proficiency in Taiwanese is an advantage.
