About Your Company
King Deux is partnering with an established securities firm operating under a Hong Kong Listed Entity. Supported by a powerful Single Family Office backbone, our ecosystem spans across a thriving Multi-Family Office (MFO), Wealth Management, and a cutting-edge Web3 business division.
This unique structure provides us with deep capital pools, an elite network of high-net-worth clients, and unparalleled deal flow at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets.
We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented, and proactive Corporate Finance Analyst to join our fast-paced Front Office team. In this role, you will directly support two Directors, acting as the execution engine and sales support backbone for our corporate finance advisory activities.
Our deal pipeline is highly diverse, with a core focus on Pre-IPO Financial Advisory (FA), M&A, fund-raising, and various corporate exercises/transactions. Thanks to our broader ecosystem, you will gain exposure to traditional corporate finance deals alongside innovative transactions linked to our family office and Web3 networks.
About your role
Deal Execution & Support: Focus heavily on supporting transaction life cycles across Pre-IPO FA, M&A, fund-raising, and various corporate exercises.
Director Support: Provide comprehensive front-office support to two Corporate Finance Directors, managing deal pipelines, meeting preparation, and action-item follow-ups.
Sales & Client Support: Act as a key point of contact for clients; assist in preparing pitch books, valuation materials, presentation decks, and marketing materials for prospective deals.
Documentation & Material Preparation: Draft, review, and organize transaction documentation, including term sheets, mandate letters, prospectus drafts, and due diligence checklists.
Ecosystem Collaboration: Liaise occasionally with our internal Wealth Management, Family Office, and Web3 teams to facilitate cross-divisional deal origination and client onboarding.
Compliance & Client Onboarding: Manage the KYC (Know Your Customer) and client onboarding process, ensuring all documentation aligns with SFC regulations and internal compliance standards.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market updates, industry research, peer comparisons, and financial analysis to support investment theses.
What you will need to succeed
Licensing: Must currently hold, or be fully eligible to hold, SFC Type 1 (Dealing in Securities), Type 4 (Advising on Securities), and Type 6 (Advising on Corporate Finance) licenses.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, brokerage, or a professional services firm (Big 4 corporate finance or audit experience is a plus). Prior exposure to Pre-IPO, M&A, or fund-raising transactions is highly valued.
Skills: Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is non-negotiable. You should be comfortable building clean decks and handling financial data.
Ecosystem Interest: A strong interest in or familiarity with the Family Office landscape, Wealth Management, or the Web3/digital asset space is highly advantageous.
Languages: Fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin is highly preferred (to effectively communicate with regional clients and process documentation).
Attributes: Exceptional organizational skills, an eye for detail, and a "no task too small" attitude. You can handle tight transaction deadlines without breaking a sweat
