About Your Company

King Deux Search is partnering exclusively with a premier global private equity firm overseeing USD and RMB funds exceeding $1.5B in AUM, targeting high-conviction growth investments in disruptive technologies. We're seeking a talented Junior Associate for their team to fuel deal execution in Asia's innovation frontier. The role can be based out of Hong Kong, Shanghai or Beijing.

About your role

• Spearhead deal sourcing and evaluation across global AI, deep tech, automobiles, and opportunistic projects, leveraging multi-currency fund strategies.
• Develop sophisticated financial models (DCF, LBO, comps), lead due diligence, and craft investment recommendations.
• Drive portfolio oversight and operational enhancements for tech portfolio companies in Greater China and beyond.
• Manage RMB fund operations, including compliance, investor relations, and cross-jurisdictional execution.

What you will need to succeed

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking (M&A), with tech/industrial exposure.
• Elite financial modeling expertise in Excel; strong Mandarin skills mandatory for RMB deals.
• Top-tier university graduate (finance/STEM); sharp analytical and execution focus.
• Enthusiasm for AI, deep tech, and automotive megatrends.
