About Your Company

On behalf of our client, a prestigious global private banking institution, we are seeking high-caliber wealth management professionals to join their expanding team in Hong Kong. This dual-level opening (Relationship Manager / Assistant Relationship Manager) is designed for proactive advisors who possess a strong track record of managing High-Net-Worth (HNW) or Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) client portfolios across the Asia-Pacific region.

About your role

For Relationship Manager (RM):

• Portfolio Growth: Formulate and execute strategic asset allocation strategies to acquire, develop, and retain HNW/UHNW client portfolios.

• Advisory Excellence: Deliver a comprehensive suite of private banking solutions, including discretionary portfolios, structured products, alternative investments, Lombard lending, and succession planning.

• Compliance & Risk: Ensure full compliance with all external regulatory mandates (e.g., HKMA, SFC) and internal corporate governance frameworks.

For Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM):

• Client Servicing

• RM Collaboration: Support Senior RMs in preparing premium investment proposals, market performance analytics, and KYC/onboarding documentation.

• Account Maintenance: Manage account opening lifecycles, account reviews, and client lifecycle documentation with meticulous attention to detail.

What you will need to succeed

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Professional Licensing: Fully qualified with SFC Type 1 & 4 registrations (HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8 or equivalent). Certified Private Wealth Professional (CPWP) status is a strong advantage.

Experience Profiles:

• Relationship Manager: Minimum 6 years of direct private banking or premium retail wealth management experience with a proven, portable book of business.

• Assistant Relationship Manager: Minimum 4 -10 years of experience supporting private bankers or handling trade execution for affluent private clients.

• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of multi-asset portfolio construction, options, global structured products, and credit/lending solutions.

• Language Skills: Exceptional communication skills in English and Cantonese. Fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable for managing Mainland China market spaces.
