About Your Company
The hiring company is a pioneering real estate and lifestyle brand that seamlessly integrates diverse experiences in Hong Kong and China markets. They are hiring a Business Development, Partnership Manager to join their dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
Support the Partnership Manager in developing and executing strategic leasing plans for K11's portfolio of premium retail and experiential properties.
Assist in identifying and qualifying prospective tenants, including flagship stores, speciality retailers, and unique concepts, that align with the company's brand and vision.
Participate in lease negotiations, financial modelling, and contract management to ensure mutually beneficial agreements with tenants.
Maintain close communication with existing tenants, monitor their performance, and facilitate smooth renewals or expansions to foster long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with the marketing, operations, and development teams to ensure the seamless integration of new tenants within the company ecosystem.
Conduct market research, collect and analyze data, and provide insights to the Partnership Manager to inform leasing strategies and decisions.
Assist in the implementation of innovative leasing approaches, such as pop-ups, short-term leases, and turnkey solutions, to enhance the dynamism and adaptability of the Company's portfolio.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of leasing processes, tools, and best practices to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
Support the training and development of junior leasing professionals, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or a related field.
5+ years of experience in retail partnership or mixed-use leasing, with a strong understanding of the luxury and experiential real estate sectors.
Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
Strong negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder communication abilities.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Knowledge of the local and regional real estate market is preferred.
