(Assistant) Manager, Events & Partnership (private members club) | agency welcome

Presently, the company is in search of an exceptional (Assistant) Manager to lead a small Marketing Team. This role will specialize in curating exclusive and tailored events, marketing communications strategies and partnerships that cater to the discerning tastes of VIP visitors.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize unique event concepts and experiences that perfectly align with the refined tastes and aspirations of the exclusive audience.
- Formulate and implement comprehensive event marketing strategies aimed at optimizing revenue and increasing participation in venue-hosted events.
- Create captivating marketing campaigns and materials, both in digital and print formats, to effectively promote events to high-net-worth (HNW) and VIP members.
- Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and sponsors to identify valuable cross-promotion opportunities and enhance the overall event experience.
- Foster and sustain strong relationships with strategic partners and potential clients, ensuring long-lasting connections.
- Leverage the company's extensive network to identify and engage potential clients who possess the potential to become VIP members.
- Take the lead in negotiating favourable terms and conditions for partnership agreements.
- Actively collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure flawless coordination of marketing campaigns and events.
- Oversee operational support for activities as required, guaranteeing seamless event execution.
- Lead and coordinate all facets of high-level events, including catering, entertainment, invitations, and logistics.
Qualifications
- Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications or a related discipline, and boast a minimum of 3-5 years of substantial experience in relevant fields.
- Candidates with PR/event agency backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Possess an extensive understanding of the needs, preferences, and expectations of high-net-worth individuals.
- Demonstrate exemplary project management and organizational skills, adeptly managing multiple events simultaneously.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and consistently deliver high-quality events that surpass client expectations.
- Display flexibility in working outside regular business hours as necessitated by event schedules.
- Possess strong negotiation and presentation skills, enabling successful interactions with partners and clients.
- Proficiently communicate in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
