About Your Company
The hiring company is seeking a highly motivated and organised Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects within our organisation. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution:
Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate project activities and ensure adherence to project schedules.
Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Track project expenses and maintain accurate records.
Communication and Collaboration:
Serve as a central point of contact for project-related communications.
Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, team members, and external partners.
Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document meeting minutes.
Keep all stakeholders informed about project status, updates, and key milestones.
Foster a collaborative and positive working environment within the project team.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and project-related correspondence.
Update project documentation regularly to reflect project progress and changes.
Generate reports and presentations to communicate project status and outcomes to stakeholders.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with project objectives.
Conduct thorough quality checks on project materials before final delivery.
Assist in implementing quality control processes and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2 years’ solid experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
Knowledge in project management software and tools.
Basic knowledge in customer service, use of social media (experience in Telegram, Discord and Twitter is preferred).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities and time management skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
