About Your Company

The hiring company is seeking an experienced HR Compensation & Benefits Manager to join their dynamic team, a premier mixed-use development in the heart of the city. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the compensation and benefits strategies that support the organization's talent attraction, retention, and engagement objectives.

Responsibilities

  1. Compensation Management:

  • Conduct regular market analyses to ensure the organization's compensation packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards.

  • Develop and implement compensation policies, structures, and guidelines that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

  • Oversee the annual salary review and adjustment process, ensuring fairness, equity, and alignment with the organization's performance and growth.

  • Provide guidance and support to department managers on compensation-related decisions and employee inquiries.

  1. Benefits Administration:

  • Manage the organization's comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other employee benefits.

  • Oversee the benefits enrollment and administration processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Analyze utilization patterns and cost trends to identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings.

  • Communicate benefits information to employees, addressing questions and concerns, and promoting the value of the organization's offerings.

  1. Total Rewards Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the HR and leadership teams to develop and implement a holistic total rewards strategy that supports the organization's talent management objectives.

  • Design and administer incentive and recognition programs that drive individual and team performance, as well as employee engagement.

  • Ensure the organization's compensation and benefits programs are aligned with its culture, values, and business goals.

  1. Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure the organization's compensation and benefits practices comply with all applicable labour laws, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Prepare and submit required reports and filings related to employee compensation and benefits.

  • Analyze compensation and benefits data, and provide insights and recommendations to the HR and leadership teams.

  1. Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging compensation and benefits strategies.

  • Identify areas for improvement in the organization's compensation and benefits programs and collaborate with the HR team to implement changes.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in a compensation and benefits management role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic organization

  • Strong knowledge of compensation design, job evaluation, and performance-based pay systems

  • Proficient in benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Thorough understanding of relevant labour laws, regulations, and industry best practices

  • Strong written and verbal ability in English and Chinese
