About Your Company

The hiring company is a Hong Kong leading developer which provides diverse experiences to customers. They are hiring an HRBP manager to provide strategic HR business partnering to support the different functional teams, creating a vibrant, community-oriented destination that fosters creativity and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic HR business partner to the finance, corporate, and legal teams, aligning HR initiatives with their distinct business needs and objectives.

  • Develop and implement tailored HR strategies, policies, and programs to enhance talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness within the specialized functions.

  • Provide expert HR advisory and consultative support on a wide range of people-related matters, including talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, and employee relations.

  • Analyze workforce data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, then propose data-driven solutions to optimize human capital management.

  • Collaborate closely with functional leaders to build HR capabilities, facilitate organizational design, and drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing HR team, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and competencies to deliver exceptional HR support.

  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, legal/regulatory changes, and emerging HR technologies to enhance the company's HR competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with Business Partnering experience.

  • Demonstrated expertise in aligning HR strategies with business objectives and driving measurable impact.

  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Working as a team player with an energetic and proactive Personality is a plus.

  • Experience in leading and developing HR teams.

  • Knowledge of the real estate or retail industry is advantageous.

  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Chinese.
