Researcher/Recruiter (Part-Time/Full-Time Intern/Placement)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern/Placement Researcher/Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in executive search and recruitment while working closely with industry professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting research to identify potential candidates for various positions.
  • Support the recruitment process, including screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database.
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to build relationships.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Language Requirements: Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
