About Your Company

King Deux is exclusively partnering with a deeply rooted, sophisticated new economy investor with a leading investment track record in unicorn projects globally. Due to expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic, self-driven Head of investor relations & partnership to work alongside the CEO as the building block for the future roadmap in Asia.

Responsibilities

Investor Relations & Fundraising

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with our internal LPs, serving as their primary point of contact and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

• Prepare compelling fund decks, investor presentations, and pitching materials to effectively communicate our investment strategy, portfolio performance, and value proposition to potential and existing LPs.

• Coordinate and organize roadshows, investor meetings, and networking events to engage with prospective investors and strengthen relationships with current LPs.

• Conduct market research and identify new potential LPs, including institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals

• Assist in the fundraising cycle, coordinate due diligence, legal and compliance documentations to ensure smooth transaction.

• Collaborate closely with the investment team to gather relevant information and data

Partnership

• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key players in the Web3 space, including startups, technology providers, and industry organizations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, investors, and industry experts to foster collaboration and support portfolio companies.

• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partners that align with our investment thesis.

• Collaborate with the investment team to identify areas for partnership that can enhance our portfolio's value and reach.

• Represent fund at industry events, conferences, and meetups to promote our brand and forge new connections.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in investor relations or fundraising or partnership roles within the venture capital, private equity, or financial services industry.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of Web 3 technologies, blockchain, and cryptocurrency ecosystems.

• Proven track record in managing relationships with LPs and successfully raising funds for venture capital or private equity funds.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment concepts in a clear and compelling manner.

• Strong network within the investor community, including institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
