About Your Company 

The organization focused on improving supply chain efficiency and global trade. They offers solutions to enhance product visibility and streamline operations, supporting innovation and growth across industries. 

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders regarding business activities, internal meetings, and conferences.
  • Prepare necessary documents for internal meetings, including agendas and reports.
  • Draft minutes of meetings and ensure follow-up on assigned tasks to maintain accountability.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Executive office, managing schedules, correspondence, and other essential tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, adapting to the evolving needs of the organization and supporting various projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a Diploma in Secretarial Studies or a related field, with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience supporting senior executives.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive, self-motivated, and responsible, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Experience co-work with Finance and Account department would be a plus.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Vlookup).
  • Immediately available highly preferred.
