About Your Company

The hiring company is a fast-growing technology company expanding its operations in Asia. They are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the operations function in Taiwan. In this role, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR activities to support the growing team in Taiwan.

Responsibilities:

Human Resource Management in Taiwan

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and processes to support the company's growth and success in Taiwan
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle in Taiwan, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations in Taiwan

Strategic Business Partnering in Taiwan

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Taiwan leadership team, providing HR insights and recommendations to drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with department heads in Taiwan to understand their talent needs and implement effective HR solutions
  • Analyze HR data and metrics in Taiwan to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions

Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement in Taiwan

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work culture that reflects the company's core values in the Taiwan office
  • Implement programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and job satisfaction in Taiwan
  • Develop and oversee employee relations strategies to address workplace issues and conflicts in Taiwan

Global HR Alignment

  • Work closely with the global HR team to align the company's HR practices in Taiwan with the company's broader initiatives
  • Share best practices, benchmark against industry standards, and drive continuous improvement in HR processes in Taiwan
  • Serve as a key contributor to the development and execution of Zeal's expansion plans in the Asia-Pacific region

台灣人力資源管理

  • 制定和實施全面的人力資源策略、政策和流程,以支持公司在台灣的增長和成功
  • 管理台灣員工的全生命週期,包括招聘、入職、績效管理、學習和發展、薪酬福利管理
  • 確保遵守台灣所有相關勞動法律法規

戰略業務合作夥伴

  • 擔任台灣領導團隊的可信賴顧問,提供人力資源洞見和建議,推動業務成果
  • 與部門主管合作,了解他們的人才需求,並實施有效的人力資源解決方案
  • 分析台灣的人力資源數據和指標,識別改進領域,做出數據驅動的決策

組織文化和員工參與

  • 在台灣辦公室培養積極、包容和高績效的工作文化,反映公司的核心價值觀
  • 實施項目和倡議,提高台灣員工的參與度、福祉和工作滿意度
  • 制定和監督台灣員工關係策略,解決工作場所問題和衝突

全球人力資源一致性

  • 與全球人力資源團隊密切合作,確保公司在台灣的人力資源實踐與公司的更廣泛舉措保持一致
  • 分享最佳實踐,與行業標準進行基準比較,推動台灣人力資源流程的持續改進
  • 為公司在亞太地區的擴張計劃的制定和執行做出關鍵貢獻

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR and operations management experience in Taiwan, ideally in the Web3/technology industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels in Taiwan.
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal).
  • Experience managing a diverse, international workforce in Taiwan.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align company goals with business objectives in Taiwan.
  • 人力資源、工商管理或相關領域的學士學位。
  • 8年或以上在台灣的人力資源管理或公司營運經驗,最好是在科技或初創行業,深入了解台灣就業法律和人力資源最佳實踐。
  • 出色的人際交往和溝通技能,能夠有效地與各層級員工互動
  • 精通英語和中文(寫作及口說能力)
  • 管理過多元化的國際員工團隊的經驗
  • 具有戰略思維,能夠將人力資源目標與業務目標保持一致
  • 強大的分析和解決問題能力,注重細節
