Responsibilities:
Rotational Training:
Engage in a structured training program where you will rotate through different commercial departments, including but not limited to real estate, logistics, operations, marketing.
Project Support:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects under the guidance of senior team members. Contribute to research, data analysis, and preparation of reports and presentations.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with various teams and departments to understand their functions and operations. Foster effective communication and teamwork to drive collective success.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement. Propose and implement innovative ideas to streamline operations and improve business outcomes.
Learning and Development:
Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance your knowledge and skills. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Relationship Building:
Build professional relationships with colleagues, mentors, and stakeholders across different departments. Seek guidance and mentorship to accelerate your professional growth.
Performance Evaluation:
Regularly review and assess your own performance with the support of supervisors and mentors. Actively seek feedback and take necessary steps to improve your skills and capabilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, etc.). A master's degree is a plus.
3-5 years’ working experience in retail & office leasing/ omni-channel marketing strategy and campaigns gained in sizable/ reputable organizations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
Prior internship or work experience in a related field will be advantageous.
High proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
