Responsibilities:

• Project Handling: 

• handle the planning, coordination, and execution of important and large-scale projects with teammates. Contribute to research, data analysis, and preparation of reports and presentations.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: 

• Collaborate with various departments and workplaces to understand their functions and working culture. Foster effective communication and teamwork to drive collective success.

• Process Improvement: 

• Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement. Propose and implement innovative ideas to streamline operations and improve business outcomes.

• Learning and Development:

• Actively participate in different sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance your professional knowledge and leadership skills. Stay updated with diverse industry trends and best practices.

• Rotational Training: 

• Engage in a structured training program where you will rotate through different commercial departments, including but not limited to real estate, logistics, operations, and marketing.

• Enhance Leadership Ability:

• Through the role of an executive trainee, individuals gain valuable business insights and develop strong leadership abilities. This immersive experience provides firsthand exposure to diverse departments and operations, fostering a comprehensive understanding of organizational dynamics. By actively participating in decision-making processes and collaborating with experienced professionals, trainees cultivate the skills necessary for future success in leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, etc.). A master's degree is a plus.

• 3-7 years of working experience with a strong business and strategic mindset.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

• Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.

• Prior internship or work experience in a related field will be advantageous.

• High proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese, and Putonghua
