  • 零售渠道战略: 制定北美KA渠道(如Best Buy、Walmart等)的年度业务计划,精准定位产品组合与价格策略
  • 渠道深度运营: 从选品、进店到促销全流程管理,主导与零售巨头的采购谈判及合同签订
  • 爆款打造: 分析市场数据,联合产品部门开发符合北美需求的爆款产品,推动销量增长
  • 终端赋能: 设计零售端陈列方案与促销活动,提升单店产出与市场份额
  • 团队协作: 管理本地外籍团队,协调供应链、市场部门确保库存与营销资源匹配渠道需求
  • 市场洞察: 定期收集竞品动态与消费趋势,反馈至总部驱动产品迭代

任职要求

  • 教育背景: 本科及以上学历,市场营销、国际贸易或电子工程相关专业优先
  • 语言能力: 中英文流利(商务谈判/合同撰写),可适应跨时区工作
  • 行业经验:
    • 5年以上北美渠道销售经验(3C/消费电子领域必备)
    • 3年+KA零售渠道开发经验,有美国头部零售商(如Amazon、Target)合作案例
    • 熟悉北美零售规则:VMI、POS数据分析、促销周期管理等
  • 核心能力:
    • 精通零售渠道谈判技巧与贸易条款(如ROI、退换货政策)
    • 能独立完成销售预测、库存周转分析与利润测算
    • 熟悉出口贸易全流程(信用证、报关、物流等)
  • 特质要求: 目标导向,擅长在高压下统筹多线任务,具备创业精神

US KAM/Country Manager - North America Market (US Focus) | Consumer Electronics

Company Overview
We are a leading global consumer electronics company headquartered in Asia, specializing in 3C accessories and smart lifestyle products. With a strong Asian market presence, we are now expanding aggressively in North America to deliver innovative tech solutions.

Position Summary
We seek a US KAM/Country Manager to drive KA retail channel expansion (e.g., mass merchants, e-commerce platforms). Based in Shenzhen with frequent North America travel, you'll own end-to-end P&L, channel strategy, and team leadership for the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retail Strategy: Develop annual plans for US/Canada KA channels (e.g., pricing, assortment planning)
  • Channel Operations: Lead full-cycle retail management from shelf placement to promotional execution
  • Product Leadership: Collaborate with R&D to localize products based on retail sell-through data
  • Sales Growth: Negotiate with retail buyers, optimize trade spend ROI, and exceed sales targets
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Align supply chain/logistics to meet retailer demand (e.g., JIT delivery)

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields (MBA a plus)
  • Language: Native-level English & Chinese for contract negotiations
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years in US/Canada retail sales (3C/electronics mandatory)
    • Proven track record with Top 10 US retailers (e.g., Walmart, Best Buy)
    • Deep understanding of retail terms (e.g., co-op advertising, chargebacks)
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in retail analytics (NPD, POS data interpretation)
    • Strong financial acumen (margin analysis, trade budget management)

Preferred

  • Experience scaling products to $10M+ annual retail sales
  • Existing relationships with US retail merchandising teams
