Head of Partnership, CRM & Loyalty Program
We are representing a prominent retail corporation based in Hong Kong, recognized for its influential presence in both Hong Kong and China. This organization is celebrated for its expertise in creating and managing expansive member ecosystems and loyalty programs. We are seeking a dynamic leader to join the CRM team as the Head of Partnership, overseeing a dedicated team of 4-5 professionals. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a robust partnership strategy that underpins the company's membership program.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Development: Formulate and implement innovative initiatives to enhance external and tenant partnerships within the membership program.
- Customer Insights: Analyze and understand customer preferences, working closely with internal merchants, business units, and external stakeholders to design attractive rewards for members.
- Liaison Management: Act as the primary contact for tenant partners, ensuring their engagement in the earning and redemption aspects of our loyalty programs. Facilitate the implementation and promotion of these systems among tenants.
- End-to-End Execution: Lead the complete lifecycle of rewards management, encompassing procurement, app integration, marketing communications, fulfilment, partner settlements, and performance evaluation.
- External Collaborations: Partner with external organizations interested in acquiring and distributing loyalty points for their customers through conversion or purchase initiatives.
- VIP Experiences: Design and implement exclusive rewards and experiences for VIP members, enhancing their sense of privilege and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 15 years in partnership management, CRM, and loyalty program initiatives, with a proven track record of success.
- CRM Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of CRM principles, strategies, and best practices, particularly in customer lifecycle management and segmentation.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, recognize trends, and convert insights into effective strategies.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively across various teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Partnership Acumen: Proven experience in managing partnerships, including negotiations and relationship management with vendors, agencies, and technology providers.
- Leadership Qualities: Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a talent for motivating and developing high-performing teams.
- Adaptability: Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, adept at managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential.
