Ecosystem Partnership Development & Acquisition Lead | Web3, Metaverse

The organization is seeking a dynamic Ecosystem Partnership Development & Acquisition Lead to join its innovative Web3 team. In this role, the individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to build partnerships, enhance user acquisition, and represent the organization at industry forums and panel discussions. The ability to leverage networks and foster relationships will be crucial in driving the mission forward.


Responsibilities

  • Partnership Development: Identify, engage, and build strategic partnerships with key players in the Web3 ecosystem to enhance offerings and expand reach.
  • Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement user acquisition strategies that attract new users to products and services, utilizing data-driven insights and market research.
  • Networking and Representation: Actively participate in industry forums, panel discussions, and networking events to represent the organization, share insights, and foster collaborations.
  • Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with community members, influencers, and stakeholders to create a robust ecosystem around initiatives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct research and analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and user needs to inform partnership and acquisition strategies.
  • Event Participation: Collaborate with the events team to ensure the organization's presence at key industry conferences and events, enhancing brand visibility and engagement

    Reporting and Metrics: Track and report on partnership performance, user acquisition effectiveness, and overall impact on organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience: Proven experience in partnership development, user acquisition, or business development within the Web3 or tech industry.

  • Networking Skills: Exceptional networking abilities with a track record of building and maintaining relationships.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Language Proficiency: Exceptional spoken and written skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) are essential.
