About Your Company
The hiring company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join their team as a Senior Leasing Officer. As a Senior Leasing Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the leasing activities for our commercial properties and driving revenue growth through successful lease negotiations and tenant relations.
Responsibilities
Lease Management:
Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income for commercial properties.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential tenants and leasing opportunities.
Negotiate lease terms, conditions, and rental rates with prospective tenants.
Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
Monitor lease expirations, renewals, and terminations, and take appropriate actions to maintain high occupancy rates.
Tenant Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns.
Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring excellent customer service.
Coordinate with internal teams, such as property management, legal, and finance, to resolve tenant-related issues.
Conduct regular tenant meetings and provide updates on property-related matters.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Analyze market conditions and recommend adjustments to leasing strategies to stay competitive.
Prepare regular leasing reports, including occupancy rates, rental income, and market insights, for management review.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Collaborate with the leasing team and other departments to achieve leasing objectives and business goals.
Provide guidance and support to junior leasing officers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Participate in team meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 years of solid experience in commercial and property leasing, legal documents and property management.
Strong understanding of local market dynamics, real estate regulations, and leasing practices in Hong Kong and China.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
