About Your Company

The hiring company is a leading Hong Kong developer which provides diverse experiences to customers. They are hiring an (Assistant) CRM Manager to develop and execute effective customer relationship management strategies to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies that leverage strategic partnerships to enhance customer experiences and drive engagement.

  • Identify and evaluate potential partner organizations (e.g., brands, loyalty programs, media platforms) that align with the company's customer base and brand values.

  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and seamless integration with the CRM ecosystem.

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of co-branded marketing campaigns and customer-facing initiatives across various channels.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer touchpoints and deliver personalized, integrated experiences.

  • Measure and report on the performance of CRM partnership initiatives, demonstrating the impact on key metrics such as customer lifetime value and customer satisfaction.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behaviour to continuously innovate and optimize the CRM partnership strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • 5 years of experience in a CRM or customer engagement role, with a strong focus on partnership management

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful CRM strategies that leverage strategic partnerships

  • Proficient in partnership identification, evaluation, and contract negotiation

  • Strong understanding of customer engagement and loyalty techniques

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners

  • Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
