About Your Company

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic business partnerships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and expanding the reach and visibility of the tourist spot.

Responsibilities

  1. Business Development and Partnership Management:

  • Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners, including businesses, event organizers, tourism agencies, and cultural organizations.

  • Negotiate and manage partnerships to create mutually beneficial collaborations that enhance the visitor experience and drive revenue growth.

  • Oversee the implementation and execution of partnership agreements, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery.

  1. Revenue Generation:

  • Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract new tenants, event organizers, and sponsors to the spot.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify untapped revenue streams and growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling proposals and pitch presentations to potential partners and clients.

  1. Stakeholder Management and Relationship Building:

  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, government agencies, and community organizations.

  • Represent the spot at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to raise the profile of the destination.

  • Gather feedback from tenants, visitors, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and inform future strategic decisions.

  1. Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Contribute to the development of the spot's long-term strategic plan, aligning business development initiatives with the overall vision and goals.

  • Develop and implement annual business development plans, setting measurable targets and KPIs.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of business development activities, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree holder is a plus.

  • 8-10 years of experience in a business development or sales leadership role, preferably in the real estate, hospitality, or tourism industries.

  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing strategic partnerships.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Familiarity with the local market and industry trends in the city's tourism and entertainment sectors.

  • Strong verbal and written ability in English and Chinese.
