About Your Company
The hiring company is seeking an experienced HR Compensation & Benefits Manager to join their dynamic team, a premier mixed-use development in the heart of the city. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the compensation and benefits strategies that support the organization's talent attraction, retention, and engagement objectives.
Responsibilities
Assist with the administration of the company's compensation programs, including job levelling, salary structures, salary reviews, and job descriptions.
Support the management of the company's benefits programs, including health/dental/vision insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other employee perks.
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
Maintain and update the company's HRIS system with employee data, compensation details, and benefits enrollments.
Collaborate with the Payroll team to ensure accurate processing of employee compensation and benefits.
Participate in the annual benefits renewal process, gathering employee feedback and working with brokers/providers.
Provide general HR support to employees on policies, procedures, and HR-related requests.
Assist with the coordination of employee life events (new hires, promotions, terminations, etc.)
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs, initiatives, and best practices.
Support the HR Manager and Compensation & Benefits Specialist on special projects as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4 years of experience in a compensation and benefits or HR generalist role.
Strong knowledge of compensation principles, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Collaborative team player with a customer-service mindset.
Adaptable to change and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
