About Your Company
As a Customer Relationship Officer at the hiring company, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and exclusive atmosphere for the esteemed members. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, fostering member engagement, and promoting the company's amenities and offerings.
Responsibilities:
Member Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with the members, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Promotion: Act as a brand ambassador for the company, actively promoting and highlighting the facilities, services, products, and events to potential and existing members.
Guest Services: Provide a warm and courteous welcome to all members and their guests, ensuring they receive personalised attention and assistance throughout their visit.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a luxury club or hotel setting.
Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools for member management and communication.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
