About Your Company

The hiring company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join their team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the hotel by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and maximizing business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel sales, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishes business relationships and maintains relationships with clients, a high level of exposure for the hotel in the major marketing areas through direct sales solicitation, telephone and written communications.

  • Execute and develop sales strategies, attend trade shows, conventions and promotional events, and monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market.

  • Actively sources new accounts and develops existing accounts that will meet the yield objective of the hotel from these market segments.

  • Conduct regular client visits and meetings to understand their needs and provide personalised solutions.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets and provide.

Qualifications

  • Degree holder in Business Management, Hospitality Management or relevant discipline

  • 5 years or above experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial position

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
