About Your Company

The hiring company is a fast-growing technology company expanding its operations in Asia. They are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function in Taiwan. In this role, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR activities to support the growing team in Taiwan.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes to support the business goals of the Taiwan office.

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits administration.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations in Taiwan.

  • Act as a strategic business partner to the Taiwan leadership team, providing HR insights and recommendations.

  • Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive company culture in the Taiwan office.

  • Oversee employee relations and help resolve any workplace issues or disputes.

  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with the global HR team to share best practices and align on global HR initiatives.

  • 制定和實施HR策略、政策和流程,以支持台灣辦公室的業務目標。

  • 管理完整的員工生命週期,包括招聘、入職、績效管理、學習和發展、薪酬福利管理。

  • 確保遵守台灣所有相關的勞動法律和法規。

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field

  • 5 years or above of progressive HR management experience (C&B, TA), ideally in the Web3/technology industry

  • Strong knowledge of Taiwan's employment laws and HR best practices

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels

  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin Chinese

  • Experience managing a diverse, international workforce

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR goals with business objectives

  • Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
