Assistant Manager, PR / Marketing Communications (F&B, Restaurant, Culinary)
The listed company is a well-established organization with a diversified portfolio in hospitality, property investment, food and beverage, and travel services. The company is expanding and looking for a dynamic individual to join the F&B marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Development: Collaborate with operations teams to create and implement innovative PR-driven marketing strategies for our food and beverage brands.
- Marketing Leadership: Support senior management in leading marketing initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Multi-Channel Campaigns: Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans across digital, social media, and traditional channels, with a strong focus on PR.
- Public Relations: Lead PR initiatives for outlets and campaigns, including media partnerships, press releases, and influencer collaborations.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media platforms to foster community engagement and growth.
- Performance Evaluation: Monitor campaign performance, conducting regular evaluations to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Project Support: Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Languages, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in food and beverage marketing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record in securing PR exposure through media partnerships, press releases, and influencer collaborations.
- Strong experience in managing social media and digital marketing platforms, focusing on PR-driven content.
- Excellent project management abilities, capable of juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills with a proactive, innovative, and open-minded approach.
- Strong copywriting skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to create persuasive marketing materials.
- Highly motivated team player with a sense of accountability and the ability to work independently.
