Marketing Director (Lifestyle, Consumer, Internet)

The company is dedicated to enhancing the lifestyle and wellness of Gen Z through innovative health supplements, engaging fandom platforms, and unique travel services. With a talented team of 20 professionals, The Group serves an international clientele, delivering exceptional products and experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Lead hands-on marketing initiatives and campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling content and promotions.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to guide marketing decisions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the marketing team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and customers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in a hands-on marketing role, preferably in the consumer, lifestyle or wellness sectors.
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing marketing budgets and leading successful campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Understanding of Gen Z preferences and trends in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
