About Your Company
Our client is currently looking for an Executive Assistant for their Group CFO, the position will report to the CFO and GM of Operations to monitor PRC construction project(s), the position will require frequent travel to PRC (within Guangdong province) and ideally looking for someone with Engineering or construction project experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to Group CFO, managing the calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CFO.
- Assist in managing communications, including screening emails, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events in HK & PRC.
- Support CFO in business-related tasks, such as data analysis, project coordination, monitor budgets and visit construction sites to monitor the product development.
- Organize travel arrangements (tickets, hotels, and restaurants), company events, and other corporate functions.
- Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Foster strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels on behalf of the leaders.
- Perform ad hoc tasks and assist with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, with prior experience in an executive assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives or leaders.
- Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), including the ability to draft professional correspondence and reports.
- Proficient in using productivity tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
- Proactive and resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset.
- High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
