About Your Company
The hiring company is seeking an experienced Assistant Partnership and Advertisement Manager to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing key partner relationships to drive advertising revenue and strategic collaborations. Your deep knowledge of Asian pop culture trends, particularly K-pop and J-pop, will be instrumental in forging meaningful partnerships that resonate with our growing audience.
Responsibilities
Proactively prospect, pitch, and secure advertising and sponsorship deals with brands, agencies, and content creators.
Negotiate contract terms, manage invoicing/payments, and ensure successful delivery of partnership activations.
Develop creative partnership strategies that leverage the company's assets to create value for partners (e.g. digital media, e-commerce, events, influencers).
Monitor KPIs and campaign performance, providing insights to optimize partnership programs.
Stay up-to-date on the latest pop culture trends, consumer behaviours, and advertising industry best practices.
Collaborate cross-functionally with content, marketing, and operations teams to integrate partner integrations.
Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and identify new growth opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in advertising, partnerships, or account management, preferably within the media/entertainment industry.
Demonstrated success in securing and managing high-value brand partnerships.
In-depth knowledge of the Asian pop culture landscape, with particular expertise in K-pop and J-pop.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to measure and optimize partnership performance.
Familiarity with digital advertising, influencer marketing, and e-commerce preferred.
Passion for Asian pop culture and a desire to share it with global audiences.
