About Your Company

The hiring company is a leading creative agency specializing in brand strategy, digital marketing, and experiential events. They work with a diverse roster of clients across various industries to deliver innovative marketing solutions that drive business growth. As the Head of Marketing Communication, you will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing communication strategy for the company. You will oversee all aspects of the agency's external communications, including brand management, public relations, content creation, social media, and event planning.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing communication strategy to enhance the company’s brand, raise awareness, and engage target audiences.

  • Manage the creation and distribution of high-quality content (e.g., blog posts, social media updates, press releases, marketing collateral) that aligns with the brand's messaging and positioning.

  • Spearheaded the agency's public relations efforts, including media outreach, press conference coordination, and crisis communication management.

  • Oversee the social media channels, ensuring a cohesive and engaging presence across platforms.

  • Plan and execute impactful experiential marketing events and campaigns to showcase the agency's capabilities and foster meaningful connections with clients and industry influencers.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the creative, account, and business development teams to align marketing communication initiatives with the agency's overall goals and objectives.

  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing communication activities, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Provide strategic counsel and recommendations to the leadership team on brand positioning, reputation management, and communication best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field; master's degree or industry certifications are a plus.

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a senior marketing communication or public relations role, preferably within a creative agency or professional services environment.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and deliver presentations to diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and multitask.

  • Proficient in using various social media platforms, content management systems, and marketing analytics tools.

  • Keen understanding of the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the marketing communication landscape.

  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
