About Your Company
The hiring company is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior Leasing Officer. As a Residential Leasing Officer, you will be responsible for managing the leasing process for our residential properties, ensuring high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Lease Management: Handles all aspects of the leasing process, including conducting property viewings, screening potential tenants, negotiating lease terms, and preparing lease agreements.
Tenant Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
Marketing and Promotion: Develop effective marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants, including creating property listings, organizing open houses, and collaborating with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns.
Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, rental rates, and competitor analysis to ensure competitive positioning of the company's properties and maximize leasing opportunities.
Lease Administration: Maintained accurate lease records, handled lease renewals, and rent collection, and ensured compliance with leasing policies and procedures.
Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of residential units to ensure proper maintenance and identify any repair or improvement needs.
Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including property management, maintenance, and legal departments, to ensure smooth operations and address any leasing-related issues.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and market insights for management review.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
2-4 years of experience in residential leasing or property management, with the understanding of leasing principles, property management practices, and relevant local regulations.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with tenants and handle challenging situations effectively.
Exceptional organizational and administrative skills to manage lease documentation and ensure accuracy.
Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining tenant satisfaction.
Up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends, rental rates, and competitor analysis.
Fluency in English and Chinese in both written and spoken.
