(Senior) Manager, Marketing & Promotions | mega events & partnership, luxury retail, shopping mall

The Company, a renowned retail corporation based in Hong Kong and with a significant presence in both Hong Kong and China, is currently hiring for the position of (Senior) Manager in their Marketing & Promotions team. Specializing in the development and management of large-scale shopping malls and tourist complexes, the Company is seeking an exceptional individual to join their team.

As a (Senior) Manager, you will be part of a team consisting of 4-5 professionals. Your main responsibilities will involve the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing communications strategy. This strategy will encompass planning and managing mega-events, as well as establishing strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Team Head to develop marketing strategies that align with business and branding objectives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of effective marketing tactics throughout various stages, such as pre-opening, grand launch, digital activation, campaigns, tenant relations, and event sponsorship.
  • Actively seek external collaboration opportunities to generate new marketing ideas, increase awareness, and drive revenue.
  • Utilize strong project management skills to oversee and execute a wide range of campaigns in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and business partners to achieve campaign KPIs and ensure program success.
  • Monitor and manage the campaign budget and expenses.
  • Oversee the effectiveness of all promotional activities and analyze ROI results. Lead the team in providing relevant reports for campaign effectiveness analysis.
  • Provide support in the development and implementation of ad hoc projects.
  • Review and analyze campaign results for insights and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Holder of degrees in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related disciplines.
  • Have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Shopping Mall marketing / luxury retail.
  • Possesses all-rounded marketing experience.
  • Have a proven track record of driving marketing initiatives and solid experience in leading large-scale events/campaigns.
  • Have effective communication and influencing skills with strong proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
