About Your Company:
The hiring company is seeking a talented Community Manager to join their team. This role requires a creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, has a strong eye for detail, and can drive brand awareness and engagement through various social media channels.
Responsibilities
Social Media and Community Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media and community strategy aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
Research and stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
Identify and analyze target audience behaviours, interests, and preferences to tailor content accordingly.
Set clear social media objectives and KPIs, and track and report on performance metrics.
2. Content Creation and Management:
Create compelling and engaging social media content that aligns with the brand's voice and identity.
Plan and schedule social media content calendars across various platforms to ensure consistent and timely posting.
Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to create high-quality content.
Monitor user-generated content and engage with the audience through comments, messages, and interactions.
3. Community Platform Management:
Manage and optimize company social media accounts(Twitter, Discord etc)
Grow and engage the company's social media community by implementing effective strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and appropriately.
Stay up-to-date with platform updates, new features, and advertising opportunities to maximize social media reach and impact.
4. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
Generate regular reports on key metrics, trends, and insights to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
Provide recommendations for optimization and improvement based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven work experience in social media operations management and online marketing campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong creative thinking and content creation abilities in Web3.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Familiarity with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
Fluent verbal and writing skills in English and Chinese. Additional Languages will be advantageous.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements.
