About Your Company:

The hiring company is seeking a talented Community Manager to join their team. This role requires a creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, has a strong eye for detail, and can drive brand awareness and engagement through various social media channels.

Responsibilities

  1. Social Media and Community Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media and community strategy aligned with the company's goals and target audience.

  • Research and stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.

  • Identify and analyze target audience behaviours, interests, and preferences to tailor content accordingly.

  • Set clear social media objectives and KPIs, and track and report on performance metrics.

2.    Content Creation and Management:

  • Create compelling and engaging social media content that aligns with the brand's voice and identity.

  • Plan and schedule social media content calendars across various platforms to ensure consistent and timely posting.

  • Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to create high-quality content.

  • Monitor user-generated content and engage with the audience through comments, messages, and interactions.

3.    Community Platform Management:

  • Manage and optimize company social media accounts(Twitter, Discord etc)

  • Grow and engage the company's social media community by implementing effective strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.

  • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and appropriately.

  • Stay up-to-date with platform updates, new features, and advertising opportunities to maximize social media reach and impact.

4.     Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.

  • Generate regular reports on key metrics, trends, and insights to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.

  • Provide recommendations for optimization and improvement based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • Proven work experience in social media operations management and online marketing campaigns.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong creative thinking and content creation abilities in Web3.

  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

  • Familiarity with social media advertising and paid campaigns.

  • Fluent verbal and writing skills in English and Chinese. Additional Languages will be advantageous.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements.
