The organization is seeking an Event Manager to join our dynamic Web3 team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events that enhance brand recognition and foster engagement within the rapidly evolving Web3 community.

Responsibilities

  • Event Planning and Execution: Organize and manage various events, including conferences, meetups, hackathons, webinars, and community gatherings tailored for the Web3 audience.

  • Budget Management: Develop and oversee event budgets, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently while maintaining high-quality experiences.

  • Vendor Relations: Identify and negotiate with vendors, managing partnerships with venues, catering services, and suppliers of promotional materials.

  • Promotional Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional initiatives for events, leveraging social media, email marketing, and strategic partnerships.

  • Attendee Engagement: Design and implement strategies to enhance attendee experience before, during, and after events, ensuring memorable and impactful interactions.

  • Logistical Coordination: Manage all logistical elements of events, including registration, travel arrangements, accommodations, and on-site execution.

  • Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct assessments after events to measure success against objectives and gather feedback for ongoing improvements.

  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, attendees, sponsors, and partners to foster engagement and facilitate future collaborations.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Event Management Experience: Proven experience in event management, with a solid understanding of the Web3 landscape.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.

  • Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Language Proficiency: Exceptional spoken and written skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) are essential.
