About Your Company

The hiring company is seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as an Assistant Leasing Manager. As an Assistant Leasing Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the leasing activities for our prestigious retail and commercial spaces. This position is based at leading Hong Kong Shopping Mall, a premier cultural-retail destination in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lease Administration:

  • Assist in managing the leasing process, from initial inquiry to lease execution.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date leasing records, including lease agreements, tenant information, and lease terms.

  • Prepare leasing proposals, lease renewal notices, and other leasing-related documents.

  • Coordinate with legal and finance departments to ensure compliance with leasing policies and procedures.

  1. Tenant Relations:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns.

  • Foster positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.

  • Assist in resolving tenant-related issues, coordinating with internal teams as necessary.

  • Conduct regular tenant meetings and provide updates on property-related matters.

  1. Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential tenants, market trends, and competitors.

  • Assist in analyzing market conditions to determine competitive rental rates and leasing strategies.

  • Prepare market reports, including occupancy rates, rental income, and market insights, for management review.

  1. Lease Negotiation and Documentation:

  • Assist in negotiating lease terms, conditions, and rental rates with prospective tenants.

  • Collaborate with the legal team to review and finalize lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.

  • Coordinate lease execution and manage the lease documentation process.

  1. Coordination and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the leasing team, property management, and other departments to ensure smooth leasing operations.

  • Support the leasing team in achieving leasing targets and business objectives.

  • Assist in coordinating marketing and promotional activities to attract potential tenants.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 4 years of solid experience in retail leasing, legal documents and property management in shopping malls or retail consultancy agencies.

  • Strong knowledge of leasing practices, market trends, and regulations in Hong Kong.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants and stakeholders.

  • Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
