As the Assistant Operations Manager support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining the company’s standards. This role involves coordinating staff, managing resources, and enhancing member satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Support: Assist in planning and executing daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to club policies.

  • Team Management: Supervise staff, provide training, and foster a positive work environment.

  • Member Engagement: Address member inquiries and feedback, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing club events, including logistics, setup, and communication.

  • Financial Oversight: Help manage budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports.

  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and club policies.

  • Performance Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.

  • 2 years or above in operations management or a similar role, preferably in hospitality or club environments.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficient in MS Office and operational management software.

  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

  • Fluent in both English and Chinese is a must.
