Marketing Manager | Web3 (Gaming / SocialFi)

Based in Hong Kong, the organization is a prominent venture-building group with a strong focus on Web3 technology. Since 2018, the organization has been at the forefront of driving mass adoption of Web3, leveraging a global team of 300 professionals. The team has successfully developed and launched a diverse portfolio of products that shape the future of digital interaction. The company played a pivotal role as an early investor and lead advisor, contributing to the success of unicorns and over 100 groundbreaking projects. By combining traditional sectors with the dynamic Web3 community, the organization actively shape the future and champions an open, secure digital landscape.

The organization is looking for an all-rounded marketer to join the organization's dynamic Web3 team. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing strategies to enhance brand recognition and drive engagement within the rapidly evolving Web3 space.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy: Craft and implement integrated marketing strategies to elevate brand presence and drive business success.
  • Campaign Oversight: Lead the creation and management of both digital and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and performance indicators.
  • Impact Assessment: Continuously track and assess marketing campaign outcomes, focusing on ROI and key metrics to gauge effectiveness.
  • Influencer Engagement: Develop and nurture an ambassador program, fostering meaningful relationships with influencers and partners to unlock collaborative opportunities.
  • Content Management: Curate engaging content across various marketing platforms to enhance brand visibility and foster audience interaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and product management, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute diverse eventssuch as social gatherings, hackathons, webinars, and community meetingsto strengthen brand engagement and community ties.

Qualifications

  • Educational Credentials: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a similar discipline.
  • Relevant Experience: Proven track record in a Marketing Manager role or similar position, showcasing success in developing impactful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Web3 Expertise: Experience in Web3 marketing management is highly advantageous.
  • Project Management: Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong grasp of market research methods and data analysis techniques.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Chinese; proficiency in additional languages such as Korean, Japanese, Spanish, or Turkish is a plus.
