About Your Company

The Assistant Manager of the team is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing a team of client executives dedicated to serving our premium clientele. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and leadership skills. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with premium clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth in alignment with the company's objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and provide guidance to the client executive team, ensuring they deliver excellent customer service and meet performance targets.

  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, share updates, and provide training and development opportunities.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork and individual growth.

  1. Premium Client Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with premium clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and expectations.

  • Act as the main point of contact for premium clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

  • Monitor and track client satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance the client experience.

  1. Business Development:

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for business growth and revenue generation within the premium client segment.

  • Assist in the development and execution of strategies to attract and retain elite clients, including personalized marketing initiatives and events.

  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new business prospects and maintain a competitive edge.

  1. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on team performance, client feedback, and key performance indicators.

  • Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of client service initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and market trends.

  1. Process Improvement:

  • Streamline and optimize processes related to premium client management, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Continuously evaluate and enhance service delivery standards to exceed client expectations.

  • Implement and monitor service quality standards and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role, preferably within the luxury retail or hospitality industry.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Fluency in English and Chinese
