About Your Company
Our client is an established and innovative food and beverage company based in Hong Kong, specializing in food trading. They are now looking for a talented Accounting professional to join their team and contribute to their continued success.
Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, processing payments, and validating the accuracy of supporting documentsIndependently manage full sets of accounts and oversee month-end closing activities.Handle accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes efficiently.Conduct monthly reconciliations for bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts.Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including financial statements, annual budgets, forecasts, and account analyses for management review.Monitor sales activities closely and manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.Assist in year-end audits and perform other ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance & Accounting, or a related field.Minimum 6-8 years of relevant working experience, preferably within the food or trading industry.Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is advantageous but not mandatory.Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.Self-motivated, mature, and capable of working in a one man band environment.Excellent communication skills and a positive team-oriented attitude.Familiarity with accounting software, MYOB.Immediately Available will be a PLUS.
