- Own full-cycle candidate delivery in Financial Services: sourcing via LinkedIn headhunting, screening, interviews, placements across Investment, Research, Product Development, Investor Relations, Admin & HR
- Partner with 360° team on live mandates using premium ATS, warm desks, market intel
- 2+ years proven delivery experience required
360° Recruitment Consultant
- Take over existing accounts and hot contacts we're actively working with; grow across verticals in Hong Kong's cross-border markets
- Run end-to-end mandates across Accounting & Finance, IT, HR, Sales & Marketing functions across the Property, Financial Services & Technology industry.
- Source top talent, pitch exclusive clients,close high-value placements
- 3+ years 360° billing with proven placement track record essential
- High-flyer trajectory: Recruit your team, own your desk, scale to partnership with full business autonomy
