About Your Company

King Deux is partnering with a distinguished multi-family office founded by exit tech entrepreneurs. With a long-term, conviction-driven investment philosophy, the firm invests across multiple asset classes on a global basis — including public and private equities, private credit, fixed income, and real estate. We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Investment Analyst to join their lean, high-calibre investment team, focusing on global public equities and reporting directly to the CEO.

About Your Role

  • Conduct in-depth fundamental equity research across global secondary markets, evaluating business models, management quality, and financial valuation
  • Build, maintain, and refine detailed financial models; track earnings results and update forecast assumptions on an ongoing basis
  • Identify compelling investment opportunities and contribute actionable ideas to support portfolio construction decisions
  • Monitor macroeconomic developments and sector trends; assess implications for positioning and investment strategy
  • Prepare high-quality internal investment reports and present well-reasoned investment theses to senior team members
  • Engage with management teams, industry experts, and sell-side analysts to sharpen and validate investment views
  • Support monitoring of existing portfolio holdings, including performance attribution and risk management processes

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Humanities with strong quantitative aptitude
  • 3–5 years of experience in equity research (buy-side or sell-side), investment banking, or top-tier management consulting
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills; solid grounding in fundamental analysis and corporate finance; proficiency in Excel and Bloomberg required
  • Genuine intellectual curiosity about global equity markets with the ability to develop critical insights for equities across different sectors
  • Native or near-native proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative — a clear communicator who can present ideas logically and concisely
  • CFA qualification or progress toward it is an advantage
